Leaf & Bean started with a simple idea — that exceptional coffee and ceremonial matcha shouldn't be locked behind four walls. We brought it to the streets of Ras Al Khaimah.
How It Started
Two Passions, One Truck
Leaf & Bean was born from a love of two things: the ritual of a perfectly pulled espresso and the meditative calm of a ceremonial matcha. We believed these two worlds — bold and grounding — belonged together.
We launched as a food truck in Ras Al Khaimah because we wanted to be where people are — not waiting for them to come to us. Every morning we set up, fire up the machine, and get ready to make someone's day a little better.
This is just the beginning. Our dream is to grow into a full café — a place where you can sit, slow down, and stay a while. But for now, we're on the road, and we wouldn't have it any other way.
